Shipping Policy

1) Chic Baby products (Free shipping on all orders)

 We need 2 to 5 working days to process the orders. We are shipping out directly from our warehouse overseas to Canada & United States in order to decrease our operational cost and be able to offer free shipping to everyone. Therefore, please be patient and expect up to 8 to 10 business days to United states and 6 to 15 business days to Canada. 

 2) DHL Expedited Shipping

  There will be DHL expedited shipping option during the check out if you wish your delivery time to be between 3-7 business days. Please note that few provinces may ask you for extra fees and taxes. In this case, please contact us and we will cover those charges.
